Acting for Life is a six-week senior citizen-focused art education course which will provide opportunities for approaching life with more vitality, creativity and playfulness. In a fun learning environment, you will participate in stimulating warm-ups and improvisational games. The action technique of role reversal will be taught to senior theatre enthusiasts, adult learners and educators who are addressing and conquering the challenges of senior living. Spontaneity will increase and you will lead a more active, fulfilling life.

The instructor has been teaching Action Techniques and Psychodrama for over 25 years. She is the training director of the Psychodrama Training Institute of Chicago and a long-time member of the performing group Still Acting Up. No class April 7.
